Sir Edward Teddy Bear
The baroque era was characterized by its attention to lavish details. Sir Edward Teddy bear is inspired by this period of opulence and splendour. He is sumptuously costumed in a manorial coat sewed from a rich Jacquard fabric. Under his coat, he wears a tailored dupion silk vest. Both his coat and vest are trimmed with burnished golden buttons. A special material has been selected for the body of this distinguished bear – a unique old golden coloured batik mohair. Sir Edward’s jabot around his neck is made from exquisite handmade lace. This lace also trims the cuffs of Edwards sleeves. As a finishing touch, a gold horizontal stitch across his nose confirms Sir Edward’s noble status.
