Boat, Tug Boat Pop Pop

A ‘Welby’ tin toy made in India.  This attractive 17cm retro toy includes a candle and straw to start the tug boat engine to pop pop through the water.  A great gift for tin toy collectors.  Why not collect all of the pop pop boats and have a race.  They were a very popular toy with the ‘boys of the olden days’.
