Australian Slouch Hat with Puggaree. Post WWII. Likely 1960’s or 1970’s – which would make it Vietnam Era. Un-issued. Not maker marked or military marked or dated. It’s a size 61 which is extra large. Hat reducer tape can be included if you are say a size 59 and still wish to wear this slouch.
You can purchase an Australian Made slouch hat new, but they just don’t have the same ‘look’ about them as those from decades earlier.
