Vintage Noddy Clock made in England, being sold in non working condition, purely decorative these days unless you have a knack for getting these clocks going again. The photo isn’t out of focus, there is actually a lot of scratching/rubbing to the perspex cover over the clock, so it’s cloudy to look at. Measures approximately 12cm in height.
