Vintage Flag – United Kingdom

Vintage flag featuring the Union Jack – the flag of the United Kingdom.  The Union Jack is the de facto national flag of the UK.  It is used as the national flag of all British Overseas territories and was used as the official flag of several British colonies and dominions before they adopted their own national flags.  The Measures 24 yards or approximately 2 metres x 1 metre.  Made or retailed by Aberdeen Canvas Goods based in Regent Street, Sydney, NSW Australia.  The flag has moth holes here and there and is being sold in vintage condition.  The colours are still strong with the white sections now aged to more of a grey.  The fabric is stable.  Aberdeen Canvas Goods were based in Regent Street from 1921 to 1950 at least.
