Sylvac ‘Elves & Fairies’ Jug

1 in stock

There is no damage to this whimsical mushroom jug circa 1969.  22cm high.  The SylvaC name was first used by pottery company Shaw & Copestake in the 1930’s, although the factory had been in operation since the late 1890’s.  They were famous for their tableware, animal figurines and ornaments.  The matt glazed finish was a signature.  The elves and fairies range has remained as popular today as it was when first produced.  Production ceased in 1982.
