Composite Buttons x 5 (code 527)

Description

Composite Buttons made from a mixture of substances.  May be solid colours or mixed speckled colours.  Those with metallic spots were originally called ‘flecks’. Some contain pieces of shell.  Made in the early 1900’s. The buttons on this card are actually antique (over 100 years). The card may contain, whistle buttons – one hole in the top and two in the bottom. Sew up through one hole and down through the other.  The cotton is hidden in centre of the button. You will receive this card of five buttons. approx 15mm each.
