The Swift Whip made by the company Propert in Sydney Australia from the 1930’s, may be the best beater ever created. With a patent for a ball drive, this beater dates to the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. Easy to use, great for those who are left handed as the beater has a handle on top and a winder that functions both ways. What will you create in the kitchen today?
