Description
Little is known about Paris Art. The story goes that these mostly black oxidised brass/metal small functional objects were made in King’s Cross, Sydney during the 1950’s & 1960’s and retailed around Sydney as souvenier wares. It’s like an urban legend though. Nothing else about it is known. Never the less, pieces of Paris Art are rarely seen today and therefore collectable.
If you know anything else about Paris Art – who made it, photos, collect it, or have items to sell, please get in touch. The team at Morpeth Antique Centre would love to know more.
