Papua New Guinea celebrates fifty years of independence from Australia in 2025.  This framed original poster dates from 1972, the year The Territory of Papua & New Guinea name was changed to Papua New Guinea.  Self government began in 1972, then independence was formalised in 1975.  The poster was printed on super thin almost transparent paper and has been glued down.  The framed size is 65cm x 80cm.
