Developed and made by the Truffle Hill Co. in Western Australia, this 155ml glass bottle of goodness sure packs a punch with flavour. It’s a classic Japanese Style Ponzu made with traditional ingredients, elevated further with the infusion of robust, earthy black truffles, grown on the farm. Use Truffle Ponzu in place of dipping sauces such as soy or mirin.
Contains soy and fish products. Has a 5% volume alcohol content.
