Tardy, Bearhouse, Sloth

Description

Tardy is a GROUND SLOTH and became extinct 11,000 years ago.  Unlike our sloths today, ground sloths were much larger (around 3 metres long) and would live most of the time on the ground.They could be found across the America’s and were around during the Ice Age.  They were herbivores and their long, curved claws helped them to reach up and hold onto branches as they fed.  As they were much taller they could easily reach up  into the canopy to find all the good leaves.

Bearhouse Bears are machine washable (as a last resort), non-jointed, made with the finest plush fabrics and are suitable for anyone over the age of 18 months.
