Description
At 45 years old, Wittie was made from 1968 – 1978. Wittie stands tall at 14cm in height. Good condition, Wittie no longer retains Steiff id’s but a hole remainsin left wing where lentil button once was. Plastic eyes remain bright. Mohair remains in excellent vintage condition and is thick and plush. Wittie needs a few stitches to position rubber beak properly in centre of face. Ribbonis not original,but is vintage. A beautiful bird. Likely EAN2620.14. Acquired in Neustadt, Germany.
