Ploughmans Dill Cucumbers
A jar full of crunchy cucumbers pickled or infused with dill. Eat one for a little snack, place on an antipasto platter or slice and add to salad greens or to finish a pizza, sandwich, hot or cold meats. There’s probably hundreds of ways you could use these pickles. How about starters with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and a sliced of cucumber. Yum!
