Peri Peri Marinade



This is truly magnificent with prawns.  Buy 1kg of green prawns, peel and marinate with a few ‘glugs’ out of the bottle for one hour.  Cook in a searing hot pan for a few minutes until your prawns turn orange,add some parsley and serve with salad.  A medium heat flavour – delicious.  Great as a marinade for chicken or lamb kebabs.  Drizzle over lamb roast or grilled fish or chicken.  Peri Peri Chicken Gnocci is perfect too!  It’s a little taste of Africa in a bottle.
