Muffin Mix – Lemon Myrtle Macadamia Nut



You need just four ingredients: the contents of this 190g sachet, 1/4 cup milk, 60 gram melted butter, 2 eggs.  Recipes can be adjusted so these muffins are gluten free, GM free, dairy free, preservative free and suitable for vegans.  They taste delicious when made – we trialed each of the three flavours just to be sure.  Lemon myrtle has a fresh citrus type flavour.  The macadamia nuts keep the muffins moist.  With this sachet you can make 12 mini, 9 midi or 6 big muffins.  You can make a slice or a swiss roll if you prefer.  Very handy to have in the pantry.  Make and bake in under 30 minutes.
