Not a lot known about this quirky character. Made with synthetic plush fur he is very cuddly. Hands, feet, face, ears and hat made from felt. Likely 1960’s. I’d like to think he is German as he’s goy Steiff/Hermann like characteristics. Perhaps he was made in the then toy capitol of Germany – Sonneberg?
