Dukkah with Lemon Myrtle & Macadamia



Dukkah is a nut, seed and spice mix.  Put it out as a snack or starter with crusty sourdough and a good extra virgin olive oil.  Dip your bread in oil, then dukkah for a healthy snack.  Combine dukkah with breadcrumbs to crumb lamb or chicken.  Use it as a rub for whole fish, sprinkle into a salad for extra flavour.
