The shade is brand new, as is the base. Fixed between the two is an antique cigar mould from Germany, made by Karl Hart in Schwetzingen. This town located in the north west of Germany, around 10km from Heidelberg was known for its cigar making and canneries from the year 1850 – the time of industrialisation. The cigar mould dates from 1900 – 1920’s. It’s a functional piece of furniture for your home with real provenance and history. Height: 86cm Width of shade: 40cm. There are currently two available.
